Never Give up

Everybody has moments of weakness. We feel we will never achieve the body we want , or stop indulging our favorite food. Sometimes we feel tied, our body is aching from work, or a hard workout, or simple from getting older. Some days we don’t work out for days because we are to busy with life. In those moments we feel defeated, and we want to give up and trough in the towel! We can not let those thoughts bring us down and weaken our spirit. We have to get past those moments by accepting them for what they are, and than we pull ourselves together and rise again. That’s what will set you apart from the rest. You will not accept moments of weakness as the ultimate truth, but as challenge to move past and make you stronger. It’s a skill to learn, its a skill that you will develop over time, and a skill you will get better at.
