Great yoga studio. They offer a CorePower Sculpt class, also in a heated room,  which is a perfect combo of a little power yoga, and a little weight training. All the CorePower 2 classes are in heated rooms. They also offer a class called Hot Power Fusion, which combines elements of Bikram and power yoga in a room that is hotter than the regular hot rooms at this studio, but not as hot as a standard Bikram room. I would recommend this class for somebody that might want to get into Bikram, as a beginner level Bikram class, but maybe not for somebody that loves, and is experienced in Bikram. I myself did not enjoy this particular class. But I love the CorePower Yoga 2 and the CorePower Sculpt. All the classes are taught with music, which I like but had to get used to because yoga usually is a quiet practice and the music definitely creates a different energy. The studio has a great changing room with showers and toiletries, like shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, etc. So you can come here, work out and than get ready for work or a date, which is great. The studio also sells mats, yoga cloth and other yoga accessories as well as sell bottled water and rent towels. You can keep your credit card on file which I find very convenient. It is definitely a well designed space and a well thought out business. And last but not least, the teachers are all great, experienced and friendly and have great energy.
