This is a great indoor cycle studio. All the cycle classes are taught in a room heated to 80-83 degrees. I love training in the heat. The room is dark. They use dance club type lighting and very pumping sound system. The loud music is great but it is hard to understand some of the instructors. They sell water and you can rent towels. There are no showers, which can be ruff after getting totally soaked in the class, it would be nice to rinse off. Make sure you bring a sweatshirt you can pull over your wet cloth for the ride home. Most of the teachers are really great. They all have a very different styles and music. I recommend to check out all the instructors and find the ones you like best. You can’t go wrong with trying different teachers. The cost of an individual class is a little on the high side, but they do offer good package deals, especially for new students, and the quality of the workout is very high. You will get your money’s worth.
