FAMILY FIT TIME…

Take your kids along for an outdoor workout. It’s never too early to teach kids about fitness and exercise, and get them out into nature. While you get to spend time with them, you also get to work out. When my daughter was a baby I invested into a very good jogging stroller. It was a great way to go running or rollerblading while taking care of a baby. Another great way to exercise with a baby is to get a Baby Bjorn and strap the baby to your back or front, and off you go on a hike or brisk walk around town or around your neighborhood. When your kids get older you can just take them on hikes and walks, and they will get a workout too. Integrate some sprints into your walk for an extra little push. Have a race with your little once, just for fun.
